Soul Hunter RP

This time, the creature grabs the Noivern by the leg, and lifts her up to slam her against the ground. Moving around it, Maka does the only thing he can think of, casting a Slow spell on the creature. As time slows around it, it indeed begins to move in an almost comical slow-motion, holding the Noivern upside-down, mid-swing.

Jyrus gets up and refocuses, regaining his aura and phantom claws. He dashes forward and strikes it's shoulder with a powerful blow from one of his claws looking to free Cia.

Cia frowns a bit. "Well, better than being part of the ground."

Dez stops, and in a swift motion grabs the girl by the throat, lifting her up before standing up herself. She looks scary now. Her hair has frizzed out and eyes have turned gold. The sylveon's attacks are simply bouncing off her at this point."it's called...tough..." She tosses Salene into the air before bringing her arm back."~Love!" She yells out punching the sylveon's in the gut and throwing her back towards her friends.

Serena lets out a yell as she takes the strong punch and is sent knocked back into Cia with a loud yelp. "It's called murder." x_x She says with a whimper and unable to move stunned.

Seeing as Maka's time spell is keeping the monster in slow motion, they could easily free Cia and get some free hits in before it wears off.

Dez shakes herself off before going back to searching for her staff."Worry not little monster! I will caste Haste on you when I find my staff!"

Cia tries to wiggle away, though she's mostly trying to prevent her robe from falling. >_<

Uh...I did a thing...

I saw it guy. Anyway stumbling off the Noivern she gets to her feet and reaches into her bag pulling out a healing potion using it on herself with a growl. "Someone stop her before she uses that!"

Jyrus look over again and shakes his head in disbelief now heading over to Dez to keep her down.

We all saw it. And I imagine Cia is free if that's the affirmation you were needing. Maka checks to make sure that Cia isn't hurt, since Selene chugged the potion quicker than he could heal her.

Cia shakes her head. "Oh, I'm fine Maka, thanks." She says, holding out a hand.

Sorry lads. Smite made me a bit salt. Heheehehe...

He helps her up, and points at the still-alive, angry hobgoblin as it comes out of his spell.
"Uh-oh. I guess we're the ones fighting this while they deal with the lady!"

I don't even want to talk about salt tonight. >_<

Dez's eyes dart over at Salene. The Delphox quickly darts over to the girl and picks her up, her outfit changed to light armor mixed with a bit of metal."NO~" That scary aura to her back. She slams Salene into the earth, cracking it before bringing her foot up and stopping it into her chest."~Items..." unsheathing the sword on her back before swinging it upwards and flinging the Sylveon into the air."EVEEER!"


Good news is, Jylus can see Dez's staff. He can atleast keep it away from her. The buffs on the hobgoblin should be wearing off by now

Seeing that the sabotaging fox is busy, Jyrus quickly runs over and picks up the staff then turns back around to face her.

Serena lets out a yelp the attack combo doing big damage to the Sylveon who was caught completely off guard. All the health she got back gone and then some she laying on the ground pretty much KO'd at this point.

Cia runs over to Serena, dragging her away from the combat. "Don't you worry Serena...at some point I'll bop the strange fox on the head for you." she whispers.

Maka joins Cia, tapping her shoulder.
"I hate to annoy you, but-"
Pete's club bashes into the side of Maka's head at this point, sending him careening over onto the ground with a loud cry. That hurt. x_x

"Maka!" Cia cries, dashing over to assess his injury. "Oh dear..."

The mage is bleeding from the head, but he's alive. Cia is quickly reminded of the monster right behind her as it swings at her, striking her across the backside.

Pyra comes rushing forward, swinging the broadside of her sword into the chest of the Hobgoblin.
"You guys aren't very good at fighting beasts are you? Here, via catch!" She says tossing a crystal to the bat thing.

"Uhhhhn!" Cia cries, falling onto Maka, but quickly regains her composure and catches Pyra's crystal. "I'm an assassin, not a beast hunter."

Pete lets out a cry, grabbing the blade piercing his and kicking Pyra away, or at least tries to. The mage beside Cia starts to get up, although in a daze.
"I...whoa...."

Pyra staggers back, but she seems a bit sturdier. "Monsters aren't like people, you can't assassinate them. They are too big, and too strong." She says before rushing Pete down and tackling him with her shoulder to knock him off his feet.
