"You from the desert Maka huh?"

She takes everything and stows it into her pouch. She bows once more before trotting off downstairs and into the marketplace. Elusyians are the Americans of this world. Take a lot of crap from everyone.

But they seem real nice. Especially since there's a war going on in the north.

Makaius nods eagerly.
"Yuh-huh!" he says happily, looking up at the Typhlosion man. "I was just hanging out with miss Cia over there."

Hearing her name (sensitive ears and all) she sits up in her bed, peeking outside.

"I like it there. Love the nice desert heat. But you know, the big city just has bigger opportunities."

"I'm from Xingia but I had a weapon's trainer from Aku'thran. He taught me a lot." She says as she watches the Pyroar leave. Getting up she stretches and goes to grab a drink.

"Yea! I came here to further my magical skills so I could protect more people. Then I met you, Miss Cia, Miss Serena...I think I'm going to have fun here." he says with a childlike-wonder to his words.

Cia steps outside her room, looking towards Maka. "Fun, perhaps. I'm only interested in the money. I don't really have much to myself." She admits.

"Perhaps you could teach me some magic?" She suggests to Makaius before looking at the Noivern. "What money?"

"I can try to teach you magic, but it takes a lot of fortitude. I've only been able to teach one person before, so far." he says, head tilted as he looks back to the Noivern.

"Well...I hoped we're getting paid for whatever we're doing here. Elyusian currency or not, I'll take anything."

"I'm sure that...whatever we do, we'll get paid well." Maka says cheerfully.

"Sounds good enough for me." Cia says as she leans against the doorway to her room.

"We get called by someone who is probably God of this world at least and you are thinking of money..?" She looks at the boy. "I know some magic."

"I don't believe in higher deities, so I don't really care." She says, shrugging.

"Maybe its not our place to question the deities others believe in or not, miss Serena." Maka says politely, glancing between the two older girls. "But, what magic do you know? I'm better at curative magic, as I've never had a reason to often practice my elemental magic."

"It's all preference really. Some people just like and are attuned to other types of magic than others."

"I wouldn't mind learning some support magic and that spell you just used."

"You mean like a spell to attune your allies strength? I've cast a few of those before to cure diseases...."
Taking his staff in a flourish, he suddenly waves it, and a light flies slowly above their heads, ejecting a shower of power (heh), making them all suddenly feel a tad bit more powerful...
*+3 STR for one minute!*

"Wow...it really works too." Cia comments, smiling a bit while flexing her wings.

"Yes spells like that would be good to know I think. I'm pretty attuned to elemental magic. I pair that with my bow and arrows."

Pyra returns a good half hour later, holding a bag of different meats and produce."I brought the forge woman back...if you guys have questions, I'd suggest asking now. Also...here's the money. I used some of it to purchase groceries." She says heading to the kitchen, the woman from before walking up the staircase.

"That's fair enough." She says taking her pouch back and turning towards the smith. "What do you know about the god? Misses Dez says that they were the one who called us here."

"I did hear the same strange voice...I'd be curious myself." Cia adds.

"I'm not sure about all that god business but I'm sure whoever it was knows a hell lot more than I do."

Sol-"Kagomai is her or his name. As you might tell, I'm not from your world, I'm from a world called Earth. Well...one of the Earths. From what I can tell, this world is connected to two others. My world, and the world you three are more than likely from. A different earth. Kagomai came to my friends and I after a deity went berserk and killed another. But it wasn't just that, she dragged us to your Earth to fight off some guy that was stealing souls or something...it's a bit fuzzy."
