Soul Hunter RP

"They're probably weak. They wouldn't allow anything dangerous to be so closed to the city. Travelers need to come in and out after all." She says finishing her food and drink.

"I guess we'll find out soon enough. Cmon." She says, heading for the door.

The Archeops clings to his staff, following the bat dragon out.

The streets seem less empty, must have been a busy hour when they arrived.
Pyra-"here, take the map. Small dots are weaker monsters, big red ones are stronger." She says heading off to gather he things.

"I'm glad I brought some basic items hopefully that's all we'll need." She says looking at the map and heading for the nearest small dot. "Time to see how hard the monsters here are."

Glai mentioned for me to control Cia while he's at work if there was any fighting, just a heads up.

"I wouldn't use those potions unless you were in an emergency." Maka says, tapping the crystal on his staff. "I'll save you some money."

Dez-"Hold up!"
She falls out of the air from out of no where and lands in front of them gracefully.
"You guys don't know the basics to soul hunting! I can't let you harm everyone that shows up on the map."

"Alright well how about you let us know what to do then? It can't really be that hard can it?"

"Wait, everyone? We're just going after the monsters on the map." Maka says innocently. "Or is there something we don't know?" .-.

Dez-"The monsters on the map have the dark hearts or souls that come from the abyss. While most monsters you can simply slay, some you actually have to soul yank out." Her hand turns and glows blue, running up her arm slightly."Bigger monsters especially. Not only that, but if a person is possessed, you can't harm them. You have to soul yank the dark soul from them. Like so~" she skips over and plunges her arm into Selene's chest, yanking out a brightly colored gold orb. Also...causing the girl to go comatose.

Serena's eyes widen in shock just before she falls backwards onto the ground with a loud thud. It's probably to everyone pretty alarming to see how easily Dez could pull out their souls.

Almost horrified, the little Archeops asks quietly, "Are you really on our side?...Can you put that back in her chest please...?" ;-;

"W-well you seem to be uh...quite skilled at that."

Dez bops it up and down like a hackey sack.
"She's perfectly fine, see? This is the skill you were given." She says smiling before tossing it back into the girls chest."and that's years and years of practice for you."

"Amazing...though...Serena probably won't be too happy when she awakens." Cia mentions.

Maka whispers gently to Cia, "And I don't think she cares too much about getting yelled at." ._.'
Clearing his throat, he speaks up, "So, just how do we 'yank' these souls? Just...thrust an arm into their chest?"

"I never thought such a strong part of a person would be so...small. It probably does take more than that though Maka."

"So it seems." She whispers back, shrugging a bit, then kneels down beside Serena. "Serena?"

Serena groans and slowly sits up. "What just happened? What did she do to me?!" She says jumping to her feet and pulling out her dagger.

"Woah there Serena! Easy..." Cia tries to calm her down.

Dez-"that's the basics of soul hunting. You might be a little wheezy." She days holding her staff out."Any other questions?"

"Maybe not threatening the woman that just ripped your soul out would be best." Maka says cautiously, standing behind Cia. ^^;
"Is there an incantation to actually do that, or...is this going to be one of those, 'you'll figure it out' things?"

"We'll probably figure it out..." Cia replies, though she doesnt know for sure.

"I for one don't plan to let you guys try testing it out on me! Why not use one of the monsters for an example over me?!"

Maka gently pokes the Slyveon in the belly with his staff.
"Calm down. You're emotionally compromised." he says, almost suddenly serious for a moment, then shrugs. "I didn't plan on using YOU, silly! C'mon Miss Cia, let's go find a target."

"I'm right behind you Maka." She says, motioning for him to lead.
