Maka backsteps regardless, in case the knight manages to break through.

He staggers again and off to the side before swinging at Serena, slicing off one of her ribbons.


The eye opens up just as the storm picks up again.

She crys out grabbing it in horror. This time she barely reacts in time to throw her dagger at the eye she being in pain and in danger of losing the ribbon if they don't get to a healer.

Cia brandishes her dagger before rolling in the way of the creature, stabbing into the open eye.
"Serena!" Maka yelps, running over to snatch up the deattached lump of flesh. "If you stay still I might be able to reattach this with a spell temporarily!" >_<

"Do it!" The Sylveon wails if it's from pain or just from worry about her appearance being marred it's hard to tell. One think Maka can see is she's upset, in pain, scared, and if that a hint of anger? Once he reattaches the ribbon he may want to step back just in case.

Either way, he's quick to seal it back on, his cure spell working well enough for now, and does just that, backhopping away before tossing another light spell towards their foe's weak spot.

The knight staggers once again as all that's left is the under armor and his helmet. Seems the eye was attached to armor and magically attached to the knight itself. It stands up before turning to Jyrus and grabbing his neck and hurling him at Abella before looking at Serena, raising his blade up and rushing towards her to finish her off while she's distracted.

Cia continues to stab, trying to turn the target away from Serena. "Watch out! It's coming for you Serena!"

Thanks to being healed by Maka but not being fully recovered Serena is able to dodge the attack. She's mad though and snarls grabbing her dagger and lunges forward aiming for the neck area that should be less protected then the rest of the armor.

Jyrus tries to change his trajectory and ends up sliding across the ground but away from Abella.

Though her attack misses the vital area, it knocks the helmet off the night, staggering him back. Or, maybe I should say her. A long flow of red and yellow hair falls back, a familiar face under the armor.

Cia is still latched on. "Hey!"

Abella has no reason to recognize her I imagine, and swings again. : D

Serena freezes her eyes wide in shock as she realizes who she nearly killed. "Pyra?! Why are you attacking us and what was that eye thing?!" She asks in shock forgetting that the lion pokemon is brainwashed like others before her.

She doesn't respond much, she shakes everyone off before ripping off the last chunks of heavy armor that was on her before hurling her Greatsword at Cia and pulling out a smaller rapier. Her eyes hollow and without life.

"Oh she can't hear you...or maybe she can. Either way she's dead set on killing you... Munch munch munch." Comes the weavile a voice from the porch of the cottage.

Maka turns around to face the Weavile.
"W-where did you....I completely shocked your brains out!"

Cia spreads her legs s the great sword sticks in the ground right infront of her. ._.

Serena tuns looking towards the voice. "What the hell did you do to her?!" Serena asks in a snarl her pain replaced by anger and rage.

"Alight zap was all it was...the usual. Puppeteering and such. Was hoping the heavy armor would work this time around." He says munching on seeds.


Pyra grunts and rushes towards Abella this time around, jabbing and swinging at the momberry

Cia quickly stands, grabbing her dagger. "We need to incapacitate her without killing her. There has to be a spell or something that can restore Pyra!"

"Munch munch mumch. Oh there's not spell on her. We buried her soul in some dark stuff that kids dad made and the body went all berserk. It listens though, watch! Hey! Puppet! Fireblast on the snivy!" He calls as Pyra turns slashes the symbol for fire at Abella

Abella is quick to yelp and dive out of the initial attack, but then falls quickly from the Fire Blast, eyes widen.
"M-my father did this...?" Maka whispers.

The weavile is next to him holding his right shoulder while keeping his head on his left."Yeaaah, ain't it amazing. Something really invigorated him when your mom croaked. Now he wants to watch you kill your own friend." He says hopping back. "Alright alright, kill them already! And don't feck it up this time around! Else you get more lashings!" The weavile calls out as Pyra goes into a rage and rushes down Serena.

"Must have gotten that idea out of 'How To Be A Villain 101' because it's a stupid plan!" Maka challenges, then rushes toward the lioness with his staff.

Jyrus gets in the way and tries to hold Pyra down.
"You...urgh...won't let this ass get the best of you right?"

Cia leaps on Pyra from behind once again. "I certainly won't!"
