Rylie is just curled up on her bed with the egg. She seems calm-ish

Cecil sits by the bed, sighing. "...Hey..."

"What...?"
She doesn't look at him

"Rylie, if something's wrong I'd like to know...because whether you want to believe it or not I do care about you."

"My parents are dead, Cecil..."
Her voice turls to a growl
"So of course there is something wrong"

"Aside from that...I know you've gone through no less than a tragic event...but I wanted you to know I'm here for you...and so is Lux and everyone else."

She says nothing in response for a moment
"I'm sorry if I'm holding up your journey..."

"Right now all I care about is you, Rylie...the journey can wait." He says, smiling just a bit.

Another moment of silence
"There is food to be eaten before we go..."

Lucure crosses her arms.
"I'm not stressing out." She says, shaking her head.
"But...um...I'm really not used to being hit on by somebody..."

"O-of course, miss Rylie...but...what about you? I hope you are heeding my words..."

"Ha that's what it is for you? You'll get used to it...I guess. I wouldn't know really."

"i'll be fine... just... easily agitated for a while"

"Come with me, Rylie. I'll prepare us a meal. I may be a prince...but I know how to cook." He offers, and holds out a claw to her.

"Bah, what good are you then?" she says with a short laugh. "Anyway, here's today payment." she adds, flicking a coin at him.

He takes a nice long look at the coin.
"Good enough. You won't believe how many people try to scam me."

she finally looks at him
"can't promise i won't hit anyone..."

"If you need to hit something....just hit me." He says. He did mean it...He does take her paw, and leads her downstairs to the kitchen. "What would you like, miss Rylie?"

Lux shakes his head slightly.
"Unacceptable, Cecil, I can't allow you to take any damage on my watch." the Kirlia speaks up, following Cecil and Rylie.
"I would gladly allow you to take out your anger on me, lady Rylie. Perhaps some sort of battle to allow you to blow off steam after we eat?" he politely offers, being overprotective of the prince as usual. He knew the Flygon was tough, but if he stood by while someone - even if it was a friend of theirs - did anything close to attacking the prince... well, he wouldn't be doing his job right.

Cecil crosses his arms. "...If you insist, Lux...but I can take a punch."

She says nothing as she sits down at the kitchen table

"Miss Rylie? You never answered me." Cecil says, having asked what she wanted to eat.

"Doesn't matter... Have the Charizard show you where the food is... Whatever you don't use he can have..."

"...Very well, miss Rylie." Cecil says before going to Cain.

"Don't worry- My word is as real as the coin in your hand. I promise." She says to the Charizard as to keep him appeased with the money she gave him, and notices Cecil approaching.
"Ah, Cecil. Is she going to come out?"
