Yeah I know..but the thing is, to many powers will take away from the story, I know that from experiance, and I don't want that, I like having a storyline. This rp does have rules if anybody took the time to read them.

His limit on spacial manipulation is teleporting and pulling his weapons from seemingly nowhere

Ruby, you're in charge. If you wish to limit powers suddenly, just announce it.

So again he has all of these powers right from the start? What are his limits with every power? How far of teleporting? And its always been there from the start lisa, rule one, this is an extension of that.

No, if you see something more fit. You're allowed to change the rules. :p

I know, but that first rule does have the meaning of starting off weak and progressing along until you're strong.

I think Brandon is right starting with a character that powerful would be a bit much, I'm not saying it's a bad character but a big theme in this rp is starting small and ending big. Kenshin what you're suggesting sounds more like a finished product than a humble beginning, like I said I have no real problems with the character itself or any of the powers (hell I love anything that has a Gardevoir in it ^_^) but I'd think we may be just a little early on in the rp to incorporate a character that powerful just yet. But not my rp...

Mine has is going to have that initial blow, then be quite weak.

teleporting is more of a battle thing... his range is short... while yes he can go farther it drains him.

So just to get this right, his flame can only take other flames? And I'm thinking of him starting at 21k base powerlevel, able to only go up to three to four times. And when he does hide in the shadows, people who are able to sense energy would be able to still find him I assume.

There's nothing complicated about that, its just stating the current limitations.

Its just a rough indication of strength and such, its so people can have an indication how much stronger the foes are.

yeah... and i have no clue what that means... it has always been a foreign thing to me...

Okay maybe this should help, its like having two identical pokemon, same nature and same stat increments, but they are of different levels, ergo one is stronger then the other.

Its like the value of your strength, speed, endurance and such all in a single value.
