*But that was long ago. She vanished soon after she had calmed down Nitara.*
Nitara - "Damn it...why? Why does he want me like this? In pain like this? Why?"
*She buries her head in her paws, crying to herself quietly.*

And that's when she should feel a paw on her shoulder. Holly's motherly instinct has gotten the best of her...

*Nitara flips around. More angry she's was eavesdropping then anything.*

Holly just frowns.
"Calm down. I didn't come here to listen in on you. Besides... Why get angry with me before I can even offer my help?"

Nitara - "Help?! What can you do!?"

"It depends on what you ask me to do."

Nitara - "There is nothing you can do. I want my father to regret killing my mom."

"Then if I can't do anything about it, you'd better take it into your own paws."
She dissappears, knowing exactly what she's just done.

Nitara - "With pleasure."
*Encourage a psychopath? Not the best."

No, it isn't. But from Holly's point of view- it was necessary.

Nitara - "You know, screw the orb. Let's just take this thing out."
*She pulls out a detonator.*

And it gets blasted out of her hand before disappearing. Holly knows what she's doing, remember?

*She looks confused, then growls, pulling out the red chain.*

This time, no one stops her.

*She growls...and crushes it, before sighing, shaking her head before heading out.*

Meanwhile, Clair has returned to Rex's den.

Rex - "Well?"

"The Adamant Orb is safe." Clair says.

Rex - "Good. And of Holly?"

"She had something to take care of." is all Clair says. It had been all Holly told her.

Rex - "Wonder what..."

"I don't know. She's always so busy, and there's too much on her mind to read all at once."

Rex - "No filter?"

"Doesn't work that way. I either have to block out someone entirely or hear anything and everything that pops up."

Red - "Oh..my head is rather empty at the moment." xD

Clair pauses for a moment.
"..."
Beat.
"... I can tell." x3
