Legacies Reborn

"Alright everybody, prepare to dock!!" She yells at everybody, sending them all into a frenzy.

Cecil smiles. "Finally here..."

Cain steps over to the side of the ship to get a better view of their destination.

The city of Slateport was within their reach, and they were approaching the docks within minutes, as the sailors continue to prepare for landing.

"...I don't know how much I'll like these techies."

"Oh, I assure you they aren't that bad." Lucure calls.

"Im interested to see what advances they've made." cecil says.

"I think you'll be pleasently surprised." Lucure says as they finally pull in, and come to a stop.

"And here we are. How well do you know this area?"

"Pleasently well." She says, stuffing some more coin into Cain's purse. She hadn't forgotten to pay him.

"Ah, good, then you'll be leading us." Cecil says, smiling.

"Very well. Stick close to me, then. Slateport is a very dangerous place, at least near the docks. Lots of seedy folk, and plenty of prostitutes."

"Ah, of course." He replies.

Cain gives her a thumbs up.
"Prostitutes huh? All this travelings made me forget how...popular I was back home. I could use one...eh nah, they're all probably dirty anyway."

Lucure seems to shoot him a little glare.
"Anyways....C'mon."

Cecil sticks close to Lucure.

As they take their first steps into the kingdom of the Tinkers, the Smeargle guides them along the docks of Slateport, whom looks around at its inhabitants. She could see, for as far as the eye can see, the many seedy folk of the docking area, of which included sailors, whores, shady salesmen, and such...The young captain marches onward, regardless, guiding the prince and his sister, who is walking alongside him.
"Is that guy...peeing in the street...?" Gene asks, slightly sweatdropping. ._.

"What? Oh my...." Cecil says almost appaled.

"What you've never seen that? Well most people don't like to visit the slums anyway."

Lucure nods in agreement.
"Don't worry, if we can just hurry past here, we'll be fine...The other parts of Slateport are really nice, honestly."

"Very well." Cecil says with a nod.

As she guides them along, trying to bypass this not-so-royalty-kind place, a few Mightyena are gathering up ahead.
"Ah...crap."

"Company?" Cecil asks.

"Yea...May want to keep a hand on your weapons."

"Meh. Just a few dogs. Not a problem."

Cecil has a claw on the hilt of his rapier.
