Legacies Reborn

Walking towards it, a few of the locales notices them, and begin to wave.
"Hey! It's Captain Lucure!"
"She came back!"
Insert a few more replies and calls as such. Erin grins, and mentions, "It's nice to come back once in a while, isn't it?"

Cecil looks over. "Well, seems you're popular here."

Lucure chuckles, nodding.
"Yea...I helped them out once."

"Oh?" He asks, curious. "Well, do tell."

"Well, there's not too much to say. Y'see, we happened to come across Mirage Island here once upon a story night looking for shelter, but they had no food or basic supplies. So, we dropped our current trade route for a few days after the crew unanimously decided to backtrack and bring them a surplus of goods." Erin explains from behind, stepping up to Cecil's side.

"Ah, well that's very generous." Cecil replies.

"I felt like we needed to help them for offering us shelter in their time of need. It was the right thing to do, after all."

"Yes it was." He replies. "That's what I try to do..."

'From what I've seen of you, Cecil, you're well on your way to being just and fair.' Caliber says gently.

"Thank you, sacred blade." Cecil replies with a bow.

The sword simply bows back.
'Ah, but it is my pleasure. Now, let us flock amongst the locales.'

Cecil looks amongst the people as he steps into town. "Would I be recognized?" He asks Lucure quietly.

"I doubt it." she responds back to him. "Unless you've been to Mirage Island before? After all, they don't even have boats that could make it to the mainland..."

"Ah, good point." He replies.

"Either way, lets get in there and mingle. I'm sure they'll love you."

Cecil chuckles. "Thanks for the vote of confidence. I suppose we'll see." He says as they step into town.

As Lucure walks with him, a few of the locales that were walking over to greet her personally stop at the sight of the tall dragon-prince.

He simply bows his head. "Hello..."

A few of them bow their heads back.
"Hello to you as well." another greets, this one being a Blastoise. "So many new faces...Are you new crew mates of Lucure?"

Cecil glances back at the others, then back to the Blastoise. "...You could say that."

"...I see. Although I must question about the sword there...I've never seen a sentient one before."

"Ah, the sacred blade is known as Caliber. I do wield him at times, though my trusted knight Lux carries him mostly. I do wield a rapier as well."

"Trusted knight?...So you're not crew members of Lucure's..." he points out, dissecting the Flygon's words with ease.

Cecil face palms. "Well...more like passengers."
