Character template.
You will be a human. That way no way over the top people are made.
Upon creation you will have 40 primary stats to allocate, with a minimum of one to each and a maximum of 10 to one.
Each luck increases all skills by one point, and every other primary stat increases their corresponding skills by two points.
Strength affects melee weapons, and also increases carry limit by ten pounds.
Perception affects Energy weapons, Explosives, Lock pick and ability to detect others.
Endurance affects Survival, unarmed and also increases health by ten for each point and increases natural radiation resistance along with poison resistance by 1.
Charisma affects Barter, and speech.
Intelligence affects Medicine, Repair, and science along with increasing the amount of skill points to allocate upon level up.
Agility affects Guns, and Sneak.
Pick a single starting perk. This is pretty much the "job" you did before the start of the rp.
Guard: Lockpick +2, Melee Weapons + 5. Guns + 5, unarmed + 3.
"Leader": Speech + 8, Barter + 5, Sneak + 1.
Technical support: Repair +4, Science +8, Lock pick + 2.
Doctor/Nurse: Medicine + 12, Speech + 3.
Rascal: Sneak + 5, unarmed + 5, Lock pick + 5.
Student(Pretty much didn't do anything to help the vaults survival.) Every skill increased by one point except for survival, which increased by 3.
Nerd: Medicine + 5, Repair + 5, science + 5.
Pick one skill to be your natural talent, that skill is increased by 15 points.
Effect of level up, Health increased by 5 points, 3(+ amount of Intelligence) skill points to allocate. Each even level increases gives one perk of your choice.
Skill Books are a thing as well. There is a specific book for each skill. Can be used once per book for specific skill.
Skills less than twenty gets three points upon use.
Skills between 21 and 35 get two points upon use.
Skills between 36 and 50 get one points upon use.
Skills between 51 to 60 two books used to get one point.
Skills between 61 to 65 three books to get one point.
Skills above 65 Where books are no longer useful in that specific stat. So no more skill increases from books.
