"This is why I don't like guns. People will just stay out of sight, point those things, and pull the trigger. I don't see the skill in that.*

*He goes to the third Weavile*

"They won't be getting you."

*He tries to locate the attackers using his visor.*

Glai has already taken cover, pulling his Plasma sniper rifle out.

*Skertus surrounds himself and the last Weavile in a bubble of highly pressurized bubble*

"Do you see them Glai?"

Glai is peering through the scope, switching to thermal. A sableye armed with a micro railgun can be seen aiming at Skertus.

*Skertus sees a red dot on his visor. He emerges from the bubble for a moment and shoot out a whip-like stream of water out of his palm at their attacker.*

The attacker goes down before Glai can even pull his trigger. "Nice Shot."

"Thanks. Are there anymore?"

"I don't see any...urgh...they killed two of the Weavile."

*He removes the bubble and absorbs the water back into his body.*

"Yeah. Damn snipers...uh no offense. At least we saved one."

"Let's just get back...this was a mistake to begin with." he grumbles.

"What do you mean a "mistake"? We were simply scouting."

"But we lost two Weavile because of it!" >_<

"It's not your fault. There was no way we could have known that we would be attacked...if you want you and I can get some payback. We can go find and kill a few Sableye. Maybe even destroy one of their outposts or something."

"...Sure."


((Going to bed. Night.))

"I look forward to it but first let's get this guy back to the ETA."

(OK goodbye)

"Very well." he says as he taps a communicator on his foreleg. "Glai to HQ, beam the Weavile back." he orders, and in a shimmer of light the Weavile is gone.

"All right then Glai let's find ourselves some suckers."

"Lead the way..." he says, following his lead.

*Goldshard is sitting in her room, looking at a map tacked up on the wall. She's putting a few pins on the wall, in assorted, but organized colors. There is a color key right below it on the floor.*

And, being nosy as usual, Yin is hovering right behind Goldshard, peering silently over her shoulder.

*The Absol places down another pin, oblivious to Pokemon behind her.*

"What'cha doing this time?" the young Riolu asks, knowing that if she had remained silent Goldshard probably never would have noticed her.

*She jumps, and spills the small container of pins.*
G-"Putting places down on random thought in my head."
*She picks up the key and folds it up.*

Yin tilts her head at this, wondering why anyone would do something out of sheer random thought.
"So you're pinning places just because? No reason, then?"

G-"A number of reasons. I'm just looking for my mother. Where she was, and where she might be. And places I wann visit as well." ^_^

"Oh, I see," she says, and forces a smile. She had never thought about finding her parents - her friends and teammates at the ETA were family enough, she'd decided. Weren't they...?
