Day stops in her tracks.
"Don't you dare. Just give her back, Brooke. I don't know what you want, but give her back."

"I want you guys to step down. After we reach our goal, I will give her back. Provided you do so, Tasha says she will be treated nicely."

Shay sits by him, her brow furrowed.

Day gets up, and looks around.
"Aura... Take Maya and get out of here."
"But, Mom--"
"Now!"
The little Eevee whimpers and vanishes into a floor-panel.

What is it?

"I... We'll step down. But I want her back... Please..."


Shay just shakes her head.
"Nothing, love. Carry on."

"I can't do that. She will be unharmed, providing she complies."

"..."
Day looks down.
"Take me instead. Or in addition. I don't care. I don't trust you with my daughter."

"I won't be with her....Tasha will." :/

"...I feel something is wrong."

"You is a general term. I don't want her going alone..."
Day sighs, shaking her head.

"I know, Glai." Shay replies.

"No." She then teleports.

Daybreak growls, and lunges, slamming into a pillar. It cracks, and starts to fall, but she kicks it aside.
"Hmph... I would have been doing you a favor. Have fun..." she murmurs to the air, then teleports as well.

"...It's...Day..."

Said Glaceon appears behind him.
"I heard my name?"

Back at Tasha's den, when Aura awakens, she should find shes's on a soft bed in a cozy little room.

The little Eevee yawns, stretches, and then gets a blank stare as she starts to mentally panic.
Pause.
"... Oh, it's just Tasha's place."

"Yes, it is..." Come's Lyrix's voice from the corner.

"Oh, great. You again. Now I don't get to be the only sarcastic one."
The dark-furred Eevee crosses her arms.

"I'm afraid so..."
"Blackheart, will you go make sure the Twinleaf Area is ready?" Come's Tasha's voice. Lyrix nods and teleports. Tasha comes in. "Good...I can speak to you alone."

"...Day?"

Aura just nods a bit.
"Can we discuss whatever we're about to discuss over some snacks? I'm still a little kid, you know. I want my snacks."
Her belly rumbles loudly. Aura really knows how to kill moments. :3

"Yeah, Dad?"

Tasha chuckles. "Sure. Get what you want out of the fridge or cupboards."

"All right, thanks. Now you were saying?"
She climbs into one of the cupboards, grabbing a nearby bag of chips.

"Well, you're the ones spying on me. You should know."

"Okay... Yeah. Sorry about that. But it's good to know you're -probably- still with us."
She wags her tail a bit as she eats.

"I am, trust me. I just want to get rid of these guys before they wise up."
