Glai and Will RP

Day just sits there, staring at the floor as she opens her mind.

The Asterald enters.

There seems to be little amiss. She's outside of Day's house on Route 217, and it looks like it's night-time.

The Jirachi evolution frowns, and slowly goes to go inside the house.

It still seems normal. Clair is reading on the couch, and Ciel is asleep in his room, curled protectively around his daughter. Day is nowhere to be found.

"...Clair," Alyssa says softly. "Where's Day?"

The Espeon's ears twitch slightly.
"She is outside. I am surprised you did not see her," she replies calmly, then flips a page.

"...I was just out there?" she replies, heading out.

There is still no one around, but upon further inspection it seems a familiar Glaceon is lying on the roof.

"...Day?" she calls.

The Glaceon - her fur is a pale white where it's normally a light pink from the burns - lifts her head.
"Can I help you?" Daybreak calls, in a cordial tone. She sounds a bit older, more mature.

"Yes, you can, actually..."

"How so?" the Glaceon - she now looks her age as well - asks, and gracefully leaps from the top of the house, landing softly in front of Alyssa.

"...something isn't right here..."

"Not right? On the contrary. Look around, Alyssa... it's better, don't you think?"
However, nothing seems different - it's the same place as always, only during the night.

"...where's the sun?"

"Are you serious? Can't you tell it's night-time? The other stars are out, aren't they...?"
The Glaceon shakes her head slightly as she looks up. Indeed, it appears to be just plain, normal, night-time. The stars are out, the moon is a waning gibbous, and it's partly cloudy.

"That's not what I asked..."

"The sun is wherever it goes after it sets, okay?"
Daybreak flicks her tail slightly. Upon closer inspection, something DOES seem slightly off...

Alyssa just keeps quiet as she hovers there silently.

"Well? Anything else?" she asks, narrowing her eyes slightly.

And then the sky flickers. Just once. Almost too subtlely to notice.

Alyssa frowns, and charges an attack, before launching it upwards.

The 'sky' appears to fizzle slightly, before returning to normal.
"What do you think you're doing?" Daybreak asks, flatly.

"Nothing..."
The attack suddenly explodes violently in a burst of white light.

Day gives a loud hiss, and the barrier-dome known as the sky gives a deafening screech, before retaliating with a blast of darkness, instantly drowning out the light.

"I knew it." Alyssa says as she spins her hands a bit, then points one at Shay, delivering a powerful psychic blast.
