"I'm not to sure how your species works. But with most. There comes a certain time when a child becomes an adult. At around 19 is when it happens for my species. "Nope. Miss Alumia instructed me to make sure you got into your outfit through whatever means." She holds her arm out and shocks him, paralyzingly him.
