Legacies Reborn

"Yes...you know...my journey would be much different if we hadn't met...but...Lucure, you've made this journey as best as it could ever be."

As she goes to say something, perhaps in modest recognition, she notices the kettle starting to steam. With that, she hops up to pour the tea.
"To be fair, I don't even know where I'd be now if I hadn't said yes..."

"Me neither...I might be dead at Raimes hand..." He fantasizes.

She slowly thinks about Raime, nodding in agreement.
"He would have let you kill him at least once, perhaps twice...It's almost like a fetish for him. He craves death more than he would the likes of sex or money. He's a nutcase..." she says grimly.

"I...see. Even my years of sword fighting couldn't save me..."

"Yea...You saw what happened to me...I could be dead too, right now."

"Yes...but together we prevailed. I'd hope...he doesn't come back." He says.

"We had friends as well." she mentions. She finds herself wondering what the others are up to. Not to mention, they left Gene with Lux...She felt almost bad about it, suddenly.

"Yes, we do. Lux and Gene as well..."

"...Can we go get your sister?" she asks suddenly. "Ever since we started traveling across the Hoenn Sea, I feel like I've been eating all your attention up."

"Oh, of course. We'll take Lux as well." He replies.

Happily, she stands.
"Alright. Thankfully we can just walk around the town and get to the port in less than five minutes."

"Lead the way." Cecil says, motioning with his claw.

She guides the Flygon back to the ship, where Gene is balancing along the edge between the dock and the water, doing a very good job of pacing back and forth without toppling.

Lux stands vigilantly beside her, turning to face the two. "Ah, Prince,Lucure."

Gene spins on a foot, turning to face them.
"Hey lovebirds." She calls, making a smoochy face at them. |D

"Very funny, dear sis." He replies, blushing a bit.

"Why don't the two of you come with us to my home?" Lucure says, ignoring Gene's comment. This prompts the Vibrava to fly over to Cecil, and land on his shoulder.
"Say no more, I'm coming."

Lux nods. "Thank you, Lucure."

Cecil smiles a little. "I'm glad. Come, Lux."

"Alright, c'mon. I'll pour tea for everybody." she says as she leads them all back to the small home.

Lux nods, bringing up the rear as usual.

Cain is sitting right on top of the house.
"You're back huh? More alone time? Oh never mind you've got everyone else."
He gets up and jumps off the roof and slows his fall with his wings.
"Nice little place you've got here."

Frowning a little, she shakes her head.
"Don't sit on my house again, you might break something." she says a bit rashly, before heading inside. :/

Cecil enters after Lucure, while Lux stands guard outside with Cain.

Cain then takes a seat by Lux.
"Hey Lux."

Lux looks over. "Cain..." He simply addresses.
