This is a re-asking thread.

Okay, I asked forever ago, but finally have the power to make these things a reality! Some of these ideas are relatively new! If anyone is still/has become interested in these role play ideas, let me know, and start planning!

Warriors: Basically, we don't have to use Erin's characters. We can make our own clans and our own maps. Everything by us. We'll just be awesome cats with an awesome plot. It would be cool.

Alice in Wonderland: What if, in a new time, wonderland was once again in danger, and in the need of an 'Alice'? And, what if Wonderland was much more sinister, and not quite child-friendly? A place of violence and lust, even. Like... A world like in American McGee's Alice and Alice Madness Returns? With a new plot of our own, of coarse.

Jurassic Park: My words for this: Please tell me that I'm not the only one who wants to write a dinosaur-filled sci-fi horror.

Slenderman: No explanation needed, I think. Our own plot involving the amazing Slenderman.

The end: The days before the world ends somehow. We should write about it, and about how human nature and values change.

Tsuritama: I'm not the only one who watched and wants to write a roleplay about that anime. I know it.

Persona: Our own characters must discover who they truly are and accept themselves and their shadows; they must learn to use their personae to save the world, or lives, from some horror befalling it/them.

Digimon: You know you want to. We can play as tamers, chosen children, or the digimon themselves facing some calamity befalling the worlds.

Doctor Horrible: A sequal. Because I wasn't satisfied with the ending, and the real sequal still has to be truly confirmed.

Attack on Titan: Your own characters. Mysterious human titans. Our own plot unraveling from within the three caging walls of the last human civilization, oppressed by the government, local religions, and by the titans threatening to devour them... It would be so cool.

Magicians: So, students at a school for those with magic are dropped off there for safe-keeping, while tension between their clans escalates into all-out war... The different clans are born with skills in certain types of magic. Examples of the clans and their magic-types could be fire, ice, water, light, dark, earth, plant, etc.

Pokemon: Two different ideas for this. One is with Pokemon anthros. The other is with actual Pokemon trainers. Both involve evil syndicates, obviously. Plots may vary.

Murder-Mystery: Stereotypical scenario of being stuck on an island, in a mansion, far from civilization on vacation via an invite or something... Suddenly, people begin to vanish, one by one, only for their bodies to later be discovered, brutally mutilated and destroyed... But who did it? Why?

Let's make a Visual Novel: All the paths! All the endings! Characters try to survive and find love without accidentally killing themselves or each other. Hijinks ensue.

Mythical things: Vampires, werewolves, ghouls... Everything. Enough said.

Sharknado: OH, THE HUMANITY.

I do like the idea of a Digimon rp, but shouldnt this fall under roleplay ideas thread?

It is, it's under the suggestions thread.

And we'll get everyone's opinion on all of these things. I might suggest combining some, as I like all of them... but how would we logically do that? Hmm.

Something like the Guardians rp.

Like... okay.

We could, for example, combine Murder Mystery with almost any of the above. Perhaps the monsters one, perhaps the magic one, perhaps the Pokemon one. Heck, if we tried hard enough we could have like all of those and it could actually be interesting.

Pokemon crossed with a Supernatural-like thing. Trainers aren't just humans, no - now there are like mythical creatures and stuff getting in on the fun. Some pose as pokemon, some pose as humans so they can train their own pokemon, et cetera, et cetera. There are different academies all across the world in this universe dedicated to helping particularly talented Trainers hone their skills.
The clan thing comes into play with the different types. Different areas of the world have different types of pokemon, and only people from certain areas are able to connect with specific types (this could be in a day before the pokeball was created, so trainers would have to simply gain the trust of their pokemon companions). Occasionally there are some Trainers who are born with the ability to connect with especially powerful pokemon, or an unusually large number of types of pokemon (generally people have affinities for maybe one or two - uh... think of Pokemon Conquest, for those of you who've played it). These Trainers get sent to learn how to put their abilities to good use, yadda yadda...

Of course, someone out there has got ulterior motives. A bunch of powerful trainers have been popping up lately, and after they were all gathered at the central school place - well, people have started dying...
They have to figure out who's targeting them and why, before it's too late.

Or... something like that. I dunno. I just picked a couple ideas and mashed them together, you don't have to consider any of this. x_x

Is anyone up to continue the TLG RP, or should something new be made?

I feel like it's gotten a tad stale, along with the ETA rp, especially with so few of the original people being here frequently. The decision will be Glai's since they belong to him, but I'd say if we aren't using them then they can at least go someplace hidden if not into the Basket. It's not like I'm truly deleting any forums completely, so... meh, doesn't matter.

We need something new and exciting anyways. The Legacies universe has been done many times over now. x3

I like that mix a lot. XD And what if (adding to it):

Trainers can (rarely - these are the "special, especially talented" ones) have powers (magic, basically), and the type of magic that they can use generally corresponds with what kinds of Pokemon they can bond with and also usually match the name of their clan (like dark, fire, water, etc.)? What if we kept the idea of a Veridian (I forget how it's spelled. It's been a loooooong time) Child in this, like in the Pokemon comics? One human every X amount of years is born able to speak with Pokemon? And maybe that person has the ability to use several magics, and is generally born outside of a clan? (This child would have to be born in the forest. Maybe it'll be a weird thing like in Origin where they're born from a tree. I really don't care.)

Also, we must write epic fight scenes in this. We'll need several side characters, main characters, antagonists... the works. It would be cool if, also like in the Pokemon comics (and original games), Pokemon could actually be killed in battle. And it might be commonplace for Pokemon and Magicians (we'll call magic-using trainers Magicians. It makes sense.) to be feared by ordinary humans and to be attacked... so much stuff.

Also also, (loosely) taking an idea from the anime "K" here... Clan leaders are called kings (regardless of gender), and are usually the strongest Magicians of their particular type of magic. They are usually the ones who awaken magical abilities in others (whether they're trainers or not), so long as the person wants their latent abilities awakened. The Veridian child could be known as the Elemental King or something like that, being the king of kings, and can would be like a bomb waiting to explode. They would slowly go mad and break down because of the amount of power in their one small body, unless they had a constant outlet, to vent out the power all the time. For the Veridian children who didn't constantly use their magic, it would build up until they went crazy and snapped at something. Then it would be like a nuclear bomb had gone off in that area, and nothing but a giant crater, rubble, and ash would remain. Then, they would either go back to being their normal selves or they would die from the outburst of energy. This could happen to the other kings too, but the process of building up too much power would be much slower, and the "bombs" set off when they snap would also be much smaller than those of the Veridian child.

Just imagine it. The horror. No wonder why Magicians are viewed with such terror.
