She sets everything down, then cradles them gently.
"I'm sorry...."

"It's all right..."
She nuzzles them both.

Laura shakes her head, and shoves him out of the way. "I'll do it, wasteful piece of dirt."

(Her shadow form is completely different from her regular self.)

Clair rocks them gently.
"There we go... Better?"

Ciel's ears go back at this.
"Laura. Watch your tone. I am your father..." he warns.

"And Nitara is my mother." She says, and keeps walking.

"No, Laura. Tasha is your mother. But I fear that we lost her, a very long time ago..."
He sits as she walks away, looking down.

She goes 'hmph' and walks around the corner.

Ciel doesn't follow, and just stays where he is, shaking his head slightly.

There's silence, then. "Found you!" Cue by a yelp and what sounds like a flamethrower.

Ciel just shakes his head slightly, and gets up to go back upstairs, then changes his mind and lies back down.

There's another burst of flame, another yelp, then a thud.
Amy - "N-no! Let go!"
Laura - "Warned you..."

Ciel listens quietly, but still does nothing.

Clair smiles and continues to rock them, slowly walking towards the couch so she can lie down.

Theres a another blast of flame, a yelp, then a weak whine. Laura walks back, the necklace in her maw. She heads back up to her room.

Clair sits on the couch, tail wagging.
"You guys..."

Ciel watches, then takes a deep breath and concentrates- an exact copy of himself follows Laura upstairs, while the other heads for Amy's location.

Amy lays there, shivering and burned.


Laura heads back up to her room, and reverts, then looks around, confused.

Clair chuckles and watches, twitching her ears and tail.

"Laura..." he says, quietly.
The other Jolteon crouches next to Amy.
"I'm sorry..."
