He skips on ahead.

"What are you doing here child?"

Shay trots after him, tail wagging.

"Does it matter?" comes the unusually cold reply. The little girl doesn't even turn to look.

And sometime later...


"Oh....I like this new you." Nitara says with a chuckle.

They arrive in Pastoria city, of course. :3

"Leave me alone. You are distracting me from my poem."
She pauses, rubbing her chin.
"Perhaps it would make a decent song...?"
The Glaceon shakes her head.
"Regardless. Leave."

The small Absol heads for the Safari Zone.

"Oh, but why should I...?"

"Romeo, dear, we just came from there..." x3
((They live in the heart of the Great Marsh, beyond the safari area... x3))

"Because you're a distraction." Daybreak replies- her ears go back, and she looks away, before beginning to quietly hum.
"... No, no..."
She hums a slightly different tune... For such a small child, she has a pretty voice, almost hauntingly so. Whether this is another side effect or not, I don't know.
"... Better... But still..." Day says to herself.

"...I'm going again!" D<

Nitara becomes quiet, but does not leave.

Shay chuckles.
"Fine, fine. But do not get covered in mud this time."

Completely ignoring the Flareon now, Daybreak climbs to a higher point on the roof, once again staring into the sky.
"Ask not the sun why she sets
Why she shrouds her light away
Or why she hides her glowing gaze
When night turns crimson gold to grey

For silent falls the guilty sun,
As day to dark does turn
One simple truth she dare not speak:
Her light can only blind and burn

No mercy for the guilty

"Aw, but that's no fun!" D:

Nitara grins slightly at this, but again remains silent.

Shay just shakes her head a bit.

Daybreak sighs softly, then turns around- she's glaring right at Nitara all of a sudden, her eyes having gone from sky blue to blood red.
"I told you to LEAVE."

He giggles and hops ahead.

Nitara's grin simply widens.

Shay trots after him, shaking her head.
"I fail to see the fun in mud..." x3

"You heard me. Go away. This is my house. You have no business here." Daybreak says, with a low hiss.

...
*Splat.*

"Oh, but I do...you have something Shay took from me..."

She just facepaws.

"I haven't taken anything from miss Shay. I know better than to steal from a demon."

"Come on mommy...!"

"Is this so...?"

"Please don't. I am not going in there." ._.


"Yes. Now leave."

Romeo giggles, then tackles her.

She stays put. "You can't tell me what to do...I have the type advantage..."

Shay shrieks loudly and falls over. Someone doesn't like getting dirty. x3

And this just causes Daybreak to chuckle, in an ominous manner.
"Says the one who I quite nearly killed with my bare paws. And that was before I knew what I was doing.."
She gets up, pacing around Nitara.
"You think a type advantage scares me? Try something, then. I -dare- you."

*I see what you did there.

Romeo giggles and hops off.


"Thanks, but I'll pass."

*what did I do? ._.'

"Why... Would you do that!?" D;

"That's what I thought..." Daybreak says, and sneers.
"Now leave me alone."

"Because it's fun!"

"I'm just watching...~"

"Not for me!" ;-;

"Go away. I need to sleep." Day says, walking to where the window is.

"Mommy's a mess!"

Yey she still lingers, watching her.

Shay whines and shakes herself off.

Daybreak climbs inside and goes to her room.

Romeo just giggles.

Nitara closes her eyes and watches her via her aura.

Shay just pouts a bit.

Daybreak's aura has turned to a dark black... With a slightly blue hue, as it had before.
