Powers: An accomplished psychic, Clair can not only read minds, but with enough effort, she can see into the future, similar to a Xatu.

Personality: Clair is very laid- back, and prefers the peace and quiet, much like her younger sister Daybreak. She's the type of person (pokemon) that might get caught up in reading a novel all day, and forget to eat or sleep. She tends to get irritated when there's something she doesn't know, as she's spent all her free time - when she isn't honing her abilities - reading and researching.

History: Clair was not actually released by her trainer, rather, she destroyed her poke ball and ran away to protect her younger siblings after they were sent alone into the wild. She's acted as a mother more than an older sister to them since then, but no one really has a problem with that.
