Aura nods, having followed Sky in, and takes her seat as co-pilot.

"...starting engines..."
Cue.
"Flight checks..."
She runs the necessary checks, and then lifts off, and promptly but slowly turns the ship around, and flies out the hanger. "Where too?"

Alexis - "It's in the GPS."

Aura pulls up said location for Sky.
"Here it is. Not as far away as I'd have thought..."

"No...its not. Flip around starboard, and then we can start flying there. ETA, around 7 minutes."

"Right," Aura replies, and does so. Day and Ciel wait patiently, the latter of whom has dozed off.

Until Laura slugs him.
"Hey. Wake up. We're above the location now."
Skyfire checks the radar and other instruments, then looks out the window.
"Hey Aura...you see any places to land? All I see is lava." ._.'

"Hey! Oww!" >.<
Aura shakes her head.
"Nope. You're right - just lava. And no life signs."

Alexis sighs softly to herself. "We're too late..."
Laura hugs her. "It's alright. It's alright..."
Sky nods, and sits back down. "What should we do now?"

"We need to figure out where the orbs went..." Day suggests, not knowing what else to do.

"I have them right here, duh." Sky yelps loudly, and says, "H-How...how'd she get on here!?"

"Who? Wait... oh, no."
Daybreak's ears go back, and she slowly turns to look.

You guessed it. She has the 7 orbs around herself, slowly rotating in a circle. "You know what happens when I absorb these 7 orbs?"

Daybreak is suddenly holding Nitara by the throat, her eyes and tail ablaze with that familiar blue fire. A faint crackling noise can be heard...

Did I say crackling? I meant cracking.

Kitara's orb shatters first, having frozen completely over.

"I don't know what happens. And today's not the day to find out."

More cracking...

((Don't worry...it won't happen...))

Nitara...laughs. Yes, laughs, suddenly the ship veers hard to the left, then to the right. "We need to get out of here! There's lava plumes all over the place! Aura, put the shields on the bottom. 90%!"

((Mkay.))
The Eevee yelps in response, though she does as instructed, redirecting all the shields to the bottom of the ship.
"Shut up." Day growls, and slams the Flareon into the side of the ship's interior.

*She crawls out the dent, only to be kicked to the other side by Alexis. "You trained me so well....backfired didn't it?" she says.

Day, meanwhile, is staring out the window at the lava... contemplating something.

Then she slides the window open.

The ship is finally pulled back hard. "Whoa! Whoa! That isn't me!" Sky yells, trying to break away from whatever's pulling it back.

Daybreak yelps, and nearly goes tumbling out said window, catching herself just in time.

The ship is pulled down into the clearing, and the door forcibly ripped off. Laura looks a little surprised, mumbling "What in the..." under her breath.
