She nods.
"Indeed." Day says. Meanwhile, Aura is staring down at her empty plate, pondering something... Nitara's children had been corrupted. Andra must have surely noticed this, which would be why she drew back... And if the two forces were to meet once again...
The little Eevee sighs in annoyance at the thought, then picks up her plate to put it away.

"Something wrong Aura?"

"Nope. Just kinda sleepy, still..." the girl lies, then yawns convincingly, before climbing onto Daybreak's head.

"Oh...alright." ^_^

Day- "So, Dad. Anything I can help with today? Haven't done a patrol in a while..."

"Sure, we can go on a patrol."

"All right. Aura, would you like to come with me?"
Aura nods enthusiastically.

"Good. Gear up."

Aura- "Gear up? What do you mean, Grandpa?"

"Well you do need to carry a weapon, scanner, and Hud 9000."

"Oh... I knew that!" ^^;
Daybreak chuckles.
"Come on, dear. Let's get you equipped."

"Meet me outside."

They both nod, and run off to get equipped.

Minutes later, they come outside, looking around for Glai.

Glai is sitting, waiting.

Day walks over, Aura sitting quietly on her back.
"We're ready to go, Dad."

"Alright, good. Lead the way."

Daybreak nods and begins to walk along one of the many pre-planned patrol routes. Aura keeps her ears perked and her eyes wide, clutching all the equipment she's brought tightly.

Glai follows the two closely.

Day- "Is there anything in particular you'd like me to keep an eye out for, Dad?"

"Sableye, silly."

"I meant other than that. I always keep an eye out for Sableye..."
Aura- "Is it true that one time you went on patrol just to catch some Sableye for a snack, mommy?" :3
Day- "No, dear. It was Shay who did that. It's not a bad idea, though..."

"Heh, if you wanna."

Daybreak chuckles a bit.
"I'll keep that in mind..."
She checks her surroundings another time.

"Good..." ^_^

"Don't see anything yet..." Day comments, then after a couple minutes of walking in silence, notices, "... Okay, looks like a Sableye patrol to the east of here. Only two of them, so we should be relatively safe."

"Sure...keep your ears peeled."
