Ninetails - "Nope. We just want to leave~"
*She chuckles, adjusting her earpiece.*
Ninetails - "Nemesis, commence your run."
??? - "...static...Roger. Commencing run."
Ninetails - "Rogue, pick us up at backup LZ. We'll clear it."

"Yeah...of course you do."

There is nothing I can do about that damn ship...

"Well forgive me but I can't simply let any of you walk away after all of this."

*The Ninetails chuckles, and her eyes light up pink as she stares right at him.*
Ninetails - "Oh, but you will let us go..."
*In his mind, he should want to listen. It's very hard to resist.*

*Skertus is remarkably strong-willed. That plus his dedication to keeping the ETA safe allows him to resist the Ninetails's mind trick.*

"You're going to have to try something else ma'am."

*His large body is covering their escape route*

"I'm just doing my job..."

*The Ninetails scoffs as the roof above them is blown up, and the air filled with the screech of the Nemesis's engines.*
Ninetails - "Don't you know Nemesis ammunition is expensive?"
*Moments later, a rope ladder drops in. 2, in fact. The 4 grab hold, 2 on each.*
Ninetails - "I'd love to stay, but we have very important business to attend too."
*The Rogue Shadow begins lifting them off.*

"Well I also have important business to attend and it involves you."

*He jumps up, high enough the grab the bottom of the ladder. He begins to forcibly pull down on the ladder while climbing up. That combined with his massive weight would even give a ship like the Rogue Shadow some problems taking off.*

*It manages to take him outside, where the Nemesis opens fire on him. The 4 has already gotten onboard, and they cut both ladders free.*

...I guess I will have to let them go this time

*Right before they cut off the ladders he gets an idea. His left eye glows brightly for a split second. He is able to slow down time and see the bullets the Nemesis was firing at him. He was able to swing off the ladder towards the Nemesis. About half way somehow managed to propel himself off one of the bullets and land on the Nemesis's cockpit. He is back in normal time but his left eye is now bleeding. His blood is purple.*

At least at might be able to take one thing down.

*The Nemesis hovers for a second, then flies straight at the ETA. Both pilots eject.*

*Skertus quickly gets into the cockpit and scans it with his visor to get a general understanding of how the control the ship. He was able to stop the ship a few meters before impact.*

We get to keep something at least...

Ninetails (via intercom broadcast from Rogue Shadow) - "No you don't. You have like, 4 second to get away from that."

"You little sh..."

I guess today isn't my day.

*He turns the ship around and send it flying away from the ETA before getting and landing right in front of the ETA causing a small crater on the ground.*

"All clear everyone. Return to your posts."

I need some answers.

*He then tries to find Grace.*

(I have to go now. Goodbye)

*It explodes off in the distance.*
Ninetails - "Goodbye!"
*The ship flies off.*

Grace-"...Grr..."

Star - "What happened?! I heard explosions, but I was protecting Sky..."

Grace teleports to Star. "...They got away."

Star - "Rats..."

Grace-"....Atleast Aura and Sky are alright.

Star - "You did what you had too."

*Skertus locates Grace and Star.*

"Ok who were those people?"

Star - "Those are 4 of 6 of Nitaras children."

"Hm...where have I heard that name before?..."

Star - "She took over Sinnoh once. "

Day walks over to them.
"She tried to kill Ciel and I multiple times. And, that Ninetales... I think that's the same one we took in and raised. Her name is Alexis."

Star - "Alexis?"

"Yeah. The Blaziken is Kitara, and... Wait. There's one missing. What ever became of...? Nevermind. I'll go ask Ciel about it."
She walks off.
