"I know, Laura..."
She sighs.
"It was a foolish thing to do, but in doing so Ciel saved our lives. And I understand you're angry, and sad... And I am too. But you can't let your emotions get the best of you. We'll find them. That I know for a fact. And when that time comes, we will not hold you back."

*She stares...and the form slowly fades out.*
Laura - "He was my dad though...now both of them are gone..."

Clair nods solemnly, and gently hugs her niece.
"I know..."
The Espeon then sighs softly.
"I know none of us will ever be able to replace him, but Day and I, and everyone else, will still love you and take care of you, Laura."

Laura - "...I...I know..."

"Oh... One other thing."
She's not looking at Laura anymore.
"He wants you to be strong and make him proud," Clair says, matter of factly. Come on now, did you really not expect her to be able to talk to restless spirits? :p

Laura - "I will fulfill that wish for him."
*She clenches a paw, and then stands up.*

"Good. Once this problem is taken care of, he can properly be put to rest. But until then..."
She just shakes her head.
"I guess I'm just gonna keep hearing his voice in my head." ._.'

Laura - "Prefer if I heard them...? I know I would..."

Clair nods.
"I'll try... Hold still."
She presses her paw to Laura's forehead.
... Hey. Hey, are you even listening to m... Oh. Laura?

Dad...
*She smiles a bit.*
Laura - "Thank you Clair..."

Clair nods.
"Of course. Now, let's go back."
She teleports them.

Laura nods a bit, and then hugs Clair.*

Clair smiles and hugs back.
... Aw, I just realized I can't hug you guys as a spirit! That sucks. ;-; Ciel comments, sounding annoyed.

Someday dad...
*She nods, and walks inside.*

Yeah...
Day looks over in their direction.
"Oh! You're back!"
She runs over.

Laura - "Yep. I'm fine now~" ^^

Day- "Oh? Just like that? I'm surprised... But that's good to hear."

Laura - "Too much emotion, I think."

Day nods.
"Don't worry, I understand."

Alexis - "What now?"

Clair- "Wait for it..."
Aura's stomach growls loudly.
Clair- "Now, we get some lunch."

Laura - "We forgot about lunch. Sorry guys." ^^;

Day- "Hey, no worries. I'll go make some soup~"
She runs off to do so.
Aura walks up to Laura, her tail wagging.
"Aunt Clair told me what happened."

Laura - "Please, don't..."

"I was just gonna say to tell uncle Ciel I say hi." .-.
