She's too literal.

"B-but it doesn't hurt! And I never killed anyone!" Day protests. ;-;

*Sparkle facepaws at Day's stupidity.*

"W-what? I'm being honest!" ;-;

*She sighs.*

*Eliza is in her den, cooking up a meal.*

*Kaida pokes his head in after smelling the food.*
Hey, whats cooking? <3

Eliza - "Berry mash. You're favorite."

*he wriggles his way in, giving her a playful nip.*
It's like you read my mind~
*and then his stomach growls.* or maybe you just have good ears.

*She giggles.*
Eliza - "Maybe both."

*he settles onto the bed to wait.*
How was your day?

Eliza - "Uneventful. No one ever comes around here."
*She sighs a bit.*

*he nods.*
Town was really quiet today. no crazy explorers or nothing.

"Oh, my. Is someone tempting fate...? Tee-hee!"

Suddenly there's a knock on their door. :3

Eliza- "Is that so? I got it!"
*She runs to the door, opening it.*

*he stirs the food to keep it from burning.*

And there stands a familiar (to us)-looking shiny Absol, wearing beaded necklace and two bracelets resembling the collar of a Houndoom.
"I couldn't help but notice how uneventful it is today. No one comes here often - no crazy explorers or nothing... " comes her odd greeting.

*he flicks his tailfan as he looks back.*
Kaida: er..no, i suppose not..

Eliza - "...what?"
*She's stunned speechless, really.*

"Oh, dear. Speechless, are we?"
She chuckles a bit.
"What else did you expect? I do love it when people tempt fate." ;3

Eliza - "But what you said."

*he rolls his eyes and takes the food off of the heat.*
ask the crazy lady if she wants some food." he says over his shoulder.

Eliza - "You want something to eat, then?"

"Yes, I know. The words of you and the Flygon. That was not coincidence."
She smirks a little.
"... And yes. The 'crazy lady' would like some food, very much so." she says, before Eliza can ask.
