Maria walks over to the child, picks up the fallen book with a dainty paw and brushes it off gently before sitting beside her, and pullin her into her arms.
"There there...You dropped this..."

Will-"...Yea, sounds like a stupid name to me." |D
Old Will-"...Am I really a hellion now?" .-.

;D Nitara - "Just you."

Day- "It depends, what's a Hellion?" :p

Ciel - "I... don't like that look on your face, but okay..." ._.'
The very confused-looking Jolteon walks back over.

*She facepaws.*
Nitara - "Sorry. Later, dear."

"Dear...?"
Ciel quickly shakes his head.
"Um, okay. Let's go, Eclipse." ._.'

In spite of herself, Kierra, seeking comfort, finds herself resting her head on this perfect stranger's chest, gently clinging to her fur as she pours all of her emotion out through her tears. It isn't long before she loses track of time.. How long has she been lying there? A minute? An hour? It matters not. All that matters is the warm, comforting arms wrapped around her, the soft, soothing voices reassuring her that everything will be alright...

Finally, when there are no more tears to cry, the girl closes her eyes, lying exhausted in Maria's arms.

Holly watches, and sighs quietly, wondering aloud, "... do you feel any better now, Kierra?"

Eclipse - "Probably best..."
*She turns around to follow.*

The Leafeon doesn't say a word. She just lies there, eyes closed, clinging to Maria's chest..
Perhaps she's cried herself to sleep in her arms?

Old Will-"Trouble maker. Brat. Jerk. Take your pick."
Will-"Hey! I'm not a trouble maker!.....I just like to have fun." :3

Maria-"...She must be asleep, Holly. The best thing for her is to get her to a freshly made bed, and have some food ready for her."

Ciel trots towards the nearest cave.

Holly looks at Maria, and asks her, "What should we do with her?"

Daybreak giggles at the two of them.
"So, seriously. What's this kid's new name gonna be?"

*Absol. Again.*
Absol - "Stalker!"

Ciel - "What the...? Wrong cave. Sorry. Have you seen a Combusken around anywhere?"

Absol - "North of here."

"Thanks."
Ciel heads north.

Old Will-"I have an idea."
Will-"WHOA NO, NO WAY OLD MAN, I SHALL NOT BE NAMED CORNELIUS!" DX
Old Will-"Whoa, I was gonna say-"
Will-"Relius is even worse! And don't even say Carl or, gawd, Jin!" Dx<
Old Will-"..." T_T

Day falls over, laughing.
"Why don't you just pick one out yourself instead of waiting and guessing what old Will is gonna suggest?" xD

Old Will-"Atlus."
Will-"...Atlus...Kinda like a book, or...?"
Old Will-"A-t-l-u-s. You're thinking of A-t-l-a-s."

((Shh. Dx. ))
"... I'm sorry. I hadn't heard you. I know of a very kind family who we can trust to help take care of her... You've been to Daybreak's family's house, yes? Perhaps they'd let her stay there... It's usually very nice and quiet."

Day- "Atlus is a cool name..."

Clair suddenly sits up, gasping for air.
"... Good news, everyone. We may be having a guest." she drones, before wobbling again and collapsing once more.

(I love Holly's logic. Seeing two new faces nearly puts Kierra into a panic attack, and she wants to put the girl in a house full of new people x3)

((Holly doesn't know the house is full of people. Lately it's been just Clair, so that's what she thinks it's going to be. And yes, I planned it that way. :3))

Ecilpse - "Suns setting...no moon tonight..."
